Liftcorp Shipping Policy

Operating Hours

 Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:00pm AEST (excluding public holidays). Orders are processed during these hours and typically take 3–5 business days to dispatch, depending on demand. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

During major drops or promotions, order volumes can be extremely high, which may extend processing times. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier. Metro areas are generally faster, while regional and rural addresses may take longer. Please keep in mind that shipping estimates provided by Australia Post or couriers do not include our processing time.

Liftcorp cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or any third-party issues beyond our control. We recommend allowing extra time for processing, dispatch, and delivery when placing your order.

International Orders

All international shipments (including New Zealand) are sent via DHL Express. Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and local taxes unique to your country.

All applicable fees, taxes, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer even if the shipment is refused. If required, these charges must be paid to clear customs. By law, we are required to declare the value of your order on the package. Customs officials may delay or, in rare cases, deny the release of your parcel.

If you refuse to pay any applicable customs charges, your order will be returned to us. In this case, we’ll refund the item cost only, minus any additional shipping fees charged back to us by the carrier.
