Liftcorp Returns Policy

At Liftcorp, we stand by the quality of every piece we create. If you receive an item with a manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right with either an exchange or a store credit. In these cases, we’ll also cover the return shipping. To arrange this, please contact us at liftcorp_apparel@outlook.com 

If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer exchanges or a store credit with no expiry date. Returns must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, all products must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in an unused, saleable condition unless they arrived to you damaged.

Please note: return shipping for change of mind or change of size is at the customer’s expense. If you wish to exchange your size, you’ll need to cover postage back to us and the cost of shipping the new item to you. For this reason, we encourage you to be vigilant when selecting your size before placing an order.

Items (with tags) not returned in the same condition as they were sent out (e.g. with makeup marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear) will incur a 20% handling fee, which will be deducted from the credited amount.
